RTM Manager With File QoE Demonstrated at SMPTE Tech Conference
RTM Manager with automated file QoE is a new control application for Video Clarity’s RTM real-time audio/video and IP stream monitoring solution. It applies an easy-to-use, automated file-testing routine to VOD or OTT file-encoding workflows for users that need a full-reference video and audio quality measurement in addition to their existing file structure checking routines.

The RTM Manager measures image and sound quality on any number of compressed video files with up to sixteen channels of audio automatically. By applying a perceptual quality metric to video files users can find and maintain actual human perception quality statistics on their delivered content as well as find all faults in audio for quality, loudness and lip sync that elude the existing routines being applied for file syntax and structural checks.
